For shipping quotes (international, expedited, overnight, 2-day, etc), place the items you would like to purchase in your cart, go to your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your shipping zip code and the shipping rates will automatically generate based on the item's weight and the delivery location. If the shipping rates do not generate, please contact us.


iFMARS is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  For any other questions or inquiries, please contact us.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be shipped promptly on the following 3 business day.
  • We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

  • Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out our products. Sometimes you may get a Amazon Box.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
  • Please contact customer support at SUPPORT@iFMARS.COM if you recieved a different product than what you ordered.
